Is payment due up front?
Yes, you will check out through the link on the coaching page, making the proper payment selection for your team size.
What happens after I process payment?
You will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link to a short questionnaire that helps us understand a little bit about your organization and team. Once that questionnaire is completed, one of our coaches will reach out to you within 72 hours to schedule a introductory call to dive a little deeper into your team, coaching objectives, and timeline. During that call, we will schedule your coaching dates and provide next steps.
How quickly will my coaching event be scheduled?
We will make every effort to schedule your coaching event within 3-4 weeks of payment. If you have a specific date in mind or want to schedule a little farther in the calendar, we can accommodate.
Can I add a new team member after I’ve paid?
Yes! You can simply purchase a coaching spot for that additional person and notify us that this is an addition to an existing order.
Is this the appropriate coaching program if I am trying to address a specific problem within my team?
